There are a great many tracks and footpaths of all difficulty levels starting from Auronzo which you can do on your own or with an Alpine Guide over the whole of the summer period. Trekking in the Dolomites means enjoying breathtaking views from forests and meadows and a chance to bump into flowers and wild animals ranging from placid marmots to the queen of the skies - the golden eagle - and proud ibex.
